Welcome

Brookfield Fisheries has been in existence since just after the Second World War. Initially, Brookfield Fisheries was formed as a company fishing club for Sketchley Ltd; whom owned the large industrial dye works on Rugby Road, Hinckley - near to the train bridge. All of its first members worked for Sketchleys but over time this grew to us opening our gates to all persons!

Over the last half a century, we have carefully nurtured our lakes to provide you with an exciting and challenging fishing experience! Over the past 10 years we have also been keen to grow; allowing us to purchase two further lakes for our members to use.

Essentially we are a non profit sports club run my a dedicated committee; some of who were involved in the club in its early stages of formation.

We hope that you enjoy this website and over time that you can become an active part of our fishing community and also our online community. Please also be patient with us as this is the first release of our new website, we will be still adding exciting new features over the next few weeks.
